To guide creative communities in creating authentic ideas that resonate, I keep connected to internal ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), Accessibility and Neurodiversity teams, Customer Insight and Heads of Sustainability. Keeping an open channel with these teams ensure the creative work being done for the brand channels the work they are doing for its culture.

Agile Design Thinking

The development of standardised Agile and Design Thinking practices has been key to finding a common language between clients and the creative industry. While I lead teams from a deep understanding of the brand ethos and design foundations that support it, I do this through using Design Thinking and Agile principles: to clearly establish the customer insight and learn, test and iterate, to arrive quickly at smart and engaging results.

I have over twenty years of brand design systems and foundation development experience in many countries and across most places that brands appear. With this experience I can help designers and agencies understand a brand’s landscape, where the creative real estate lies, how they can thrive and create exciting work in that space, and where we build trust through consistency. I’m confident enough to know when I can lead a conversation or when I need to consult with and learn best practices from an industry specialist. This openness and honesty helps me to build strong relationships amongst colleagues and to deliver comprehensive results on projects.
